At Purple Orchid Spa and Salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. Late Cancellations
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. During the holidays (October-April), this increases to 48 hours and may result in a cancelation fee of 100%. Cancellations without advance notice will result in you being charged for the appointment, or required to pay for future appointments in advance. Amount charged is at the discretion of the individual service provider. Talk to us to find out more.
Late Arrivals
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
